Description Kenvue, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies (Kenvue), is currently recruiting for: People Solutions Analyst Job Description The People Solutions Analyst provides basic subject matter expertise to support Employee life cycle activities siuch as data management, systems update, R/O and Exit processes, employee file management and employee communication initiatives.
May serve as a basic subject matter expert for HR operations for stakeholders in the Kenvue enterprise within a specific group.
Supports the execution of HR operations solutions aligned with business direction.
Provides routine support to stakeholders on specific functional areas to facilitate the creation of value through people.
Supports the design, development and implementation of global/standardized HR processes that can be implemented at the local level.
Partners with teammembers on Global level and BUHR to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization.

What will you do Key Responsibilities • Demonstrate understanding of HR processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to excel in a team-based environment, demonstrating customer service and teamwork.
• Process work schedule changes, promotions, suspensions, separations, personal data changes, and other informational updates to employee records.
• Process Onboarding and Termination processes • Assure appropriate documentations, approvals and accuracy/completeness of data.
• Provide requested information regarding employment verifications, and related matters according to established procedures.
• Manage and monitor daily interfaces to assure they have run successfully and according to requirements.
Review, research, and correct errors if possible, and work with Digital Experience and Payroll teams or external third party providers if necessary.
• Handle more complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests and assume ownership of transferred/escalated issues, following established processes.
• Provide support for local and digital Employee file/documentation management • Review and update of People Solutions documentation (e.g.
Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions) to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes.
