.**Purpose**This People Success Partner is a "People Scientist" who focuses on collecting and using qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights for hiring, selecting, organizing, onboarding, managing, and developing people. This role operates as an expert in research methodology and experimentation for innovation or continuous improvement in our people practices.
