Responsibilities The Opportunity: This role will be responsible for executing Human Resources systems & Platforms configuration and security updates/changes. The objective of this role is to execute global Employee Central configuration and security requests across all PepsiCo environments for all sectors, while ensuring that all requests meet business requirements and adhere to PepsiCo standards and naming conventions. The scope of the role includes executing requests globally in Employee Central. The role will also provide support in the PepsiCo EC configuration solutioning effort to meet business requirements. Your Impact: As People Systems Solutions Analyst your responsibilities would consist of Execute global Change Control Board (CCB) configuration requests and participate from design to signoff/implementation - ExecutionParticipate in designing Employee Central (EC) system solutions to meet global and local country business requirements globally- Accountable & ExecutionExecute the EC configuration and Security requests logged in the baseline ticket queue - ExecutionMaintain the configuration workbooks and ensure adherence to global system naming conventions and standards - ExecutionProvide input into global metrics and scorecards for all EC system Configuration and Security - ExecutionExecute/test the EC configuration updates required as part of SAP/SuccessFactors Releases - ExecutionProvide input into the global Release Management process for configuration requests - ExecutionCollaborate with all internal and external team members including: Business Partners/Requesters, HR Sector/Region Leads, PepsiCo IT, PMO, Alight, Accenture AMS, SAP and other 3rd party vendors to successfully deliver configuration and security updates/projects in accordance with budget, timeline and PepsiCo standards – Execution Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human ResourcesExperience 2-3 years of experience in Human Capital Management system implementations/HR Information TechnologyAdvanced English proficiency is a MUST. This is a global role. Global large-scale systems implementation and project management experience.Detailed system configuration experience in large scale HCM ERP/Cloud solutions: Employee Central or SAP HCM preferred, but will consider Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HRMSDetailed understanding of HR business processes, IT, and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Experience collaborating with business teams, subject matter experts, IT and integration partners in creating optimized system solutions to meet business requirements.Must be highly organized, with strong follow-up and results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and a strong attention to detailExperience in working on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
