This position is in charge of all sweetening ingredients such as sugar, fructose and all corn derived products, and all frying oils and fats.
The position manages two L08 Sr Coordinators, one in charge of each one of the categories, and also all the hedging and playbook tasks regarding coverages and CRMC interactions.
The role will manage two of the largest categories with a spend of 550 MM USD for PMF.This role will be responsible:Annual Spend = USD ~550M2 Categories / +15 Suppliers / team of 2 peopleResponsible for dynamic and impactful categories in the E2E Supply Chain.Your Impact:As PROCUREMENT ASSOC MANAGER OILS & SWEETENERS, your functions would consist of:Define and execute the strategy in terms of sustainability, E2E efficiency and business assurance for the categories to the area/scope for PMF.Drive the Innovation agenda for Oils & Sweeteners, enabling new technologies, new varieties, new processes that improve efficiencies to ensure supply at the best cost within the upcoming years.Co-create Pep+ Sustainability Agenda in conjunction with COE teams.Own the AOP and Forecast process for the categories within PMF.Compliance: In a challenging environment, function as a change agent to improve the process, to move this spend to Procurement excellence (compliance, best practices, competitive bidding).Develop price and supply risk management strategies for the categories.Interprets and executes a playbook flawlessly.
Explains and applies the Commodity Risk Management Committee (CRMC) process.Deep dive in the category, consolidate volume/spend/vendors of all sites to leverage our volume.Ensure the implementation of legal contract management process that will cover 100% of Suppliers.Provide the best alternatives for categories, including timing, cost, insurance, quality, etc.Build a strong relationship with the internal clients (Manufacturing; Warehouse; Supply Planning, Legal, Quality, Finance, etc.)
