Performance And Rewards Subdirector

Performance and Rewards Subdirector Purpose of the role:
Establish the strategy, objectives, policies and operation practices for the compensation processes by the participation in market surveys, value of positions, structure analysis, recommendations in fixed and variable pay issues leading the pay review process aligned to the business strategy providing assessments and consulting for the HRGs in order to attract, retain motivate and develop the employees achieving the best human capital.
Main activities Lead the stategy for executive compensation Maintain a robust and efficient control environment across HR to ensuregood operational, financial and project management and compliance with HSBC policy and procedures, together with early identification and effective resolution or escalation of issues that arise.
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a Global Performance & Reward management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels.
Lead the strategy of programs such as Well Being, Headspace and At Our Best.
Actively participate as Relationship Manager for Global Functions and GB&M (job evaluation, internal equity, pay review).
