The role will have to leverage technologies and tools ensuring operational efficiency and quality. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders within the People function, including People functional teams and People business partners.Your Impact:As Performance & Comms Analyst your functions would consist of:Communication: Facilitate clear communication of global processes and projects, provide training, and ensure seamless adoption within the team and stakeholders.Data Collection: Gathering data from different sources, including databases, surveys, and external datasets.Data Processing: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by cleaning and transforming raw data into a standardized and usable format.Data Analysis: Using statistical methods, algorithms, and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify trends, correlations, and insights.Quality Assurance: Ensuring continuous accuracy verification and data reliability, addressing data-related issues, and implementing solutions to enhance data quality.Automation: Developing and implementing automated processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload with PowerBI, Python and SQL.Data Integration: Combining data from different sources to create a comprehensive view that can provide a more holistic understanding of the business or problem at hand.Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as functional People Capabilities, business analysts, and decision-makers, to understand data requirements and provide valuable insights.Compliance: Ensuring that data collection and processing activities comply with relevant regulations and data privacy policies
