Performance Engineer Intern

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conceptual or theoretical activities related to translating users' needs into the definition of a system, its architecture and design through an iterative process that results in an effective operational system and demands an interdisciplinary approach.
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
- Makes use of statistical tools to provide answers.
- Performs parametric studies regarding the interaction of the different component of the engine
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
- Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Present and substantiate results from her/his own work to leadership and direct manager

**Required Qualifications**
- Currently in an Engineering bachelor (Mechanical, Aeronautical or Mechatronics) with no more than two years to graduate or MSc.
- Good communication in Spanish and English.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Experience with thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
- Experience with python or similar computational language
