**LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU****Your profile**- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or technology-related field with project management / agile certifications / Business Intelligence certifications a plus- 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and automating workflows (e.G., using Alteryx)- Working experience in project or program management, expert MS Office skills + hands-on experience using collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, Planner and Teams- Proactive, self-driven and able to work effectively in global, virtual teams and networks- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail; ability to tell a storywith data is critical- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills with a willingness to try new things and ability to convince others of your innovative and creative ideas.- Some international travel may be required in the first year.
**Your responsibilities**- Manage Performance Excellence projects realizing measurable benefits- Collaborate with RE PE team and key stakeholders to develop the RE analytics platform, including automated global dashboards that connect RE's portfolio and performance to company objectives and supports RE's value propositionChampion and share the use of best practice methods for improvements across the department; coordinate training / learning events- Prioritize data quality & transparency- Support the team on ad-hoc analyses and special requests and contribute to conceptual and project work related to improving the overall effectiveness of the department- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
