), cash-flow positive, and will continue to be profitable as a mantra for our business.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Performance Marketer to own our paid advertising strategy and drive measurable results across ABM, display ads, and paid campaigns.
In this role, you will work with ad data daily, optimize ad spend, and deliver actionable insights to improve lead funnel performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute all paid ads campaigns, including display ads, PPC, and social ads.Run and optimize ABM motions, targeting high-value accounts to drive pipeline growth.Monitor, analyze, and report on ad spend and campaign performance, ensuring ROI and funnel efficiency.Continuously test new ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align paid efforts with overall lead generation goals.Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, report on metrics, and deliver recommendations for improvement.Requirements2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid ads, or similar roles, preferably within B2B SaaS startups.Strong understanding of paid channels: display ads, search (PPC), and social media advertising.Proficiency with ad platforms (e.G., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and reporting tools.Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign management, tracking, and reporting.Analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with campaign data to optimize performance.Proven success in running ABM campaigns and managing ad spend across multiple platforms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment with tight deadlines.And what's in it for you :)Competitive salary + quarterly bonus based on performance.Fully remote.2 weeks PTO after 90 days.Multinational company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
