It's in our name & it's what we do.The position and your daily adventuresThis is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.We're currently looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to be in charge of increasing our user base by managing our paid acquisition channels. You will have to pilot a 1M USD monthly budget across multiple platforms: Facebook, Google, TikTok.As the Performance Marketing Analyst your key responsibilities will be to plan, implement, learn, and iterate on those channels.What you can expect:Paid ads Campaigns Management: Constant monitoring and daily adjustments of paid ads campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok and programmatic media.Analysis: Provide technical analysis and suggest improvements on campaign structure, creatives, and budget allocation.Planning: Support the team with data and insights to improve campaign performance.Reporting: Create weekly and ad-hoc performance reports. Make financial analysis of campaign spend.Testing: Benchmark, brainstorm, brief, test, and analyze, then repeat for constant improvements on ads.KEY KPIs: New users, Cost per acquisition (CpA).You and your assetsWhat we are looking for:Students from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing with an orientation to data analysis.2 years of experience in digital acquisition: Facebook ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills (SQL – Python knowledge is a plus).Ability to do Data-driven decision-making.Autonomy, self-motivation, hands-on attitude, attention to detail.Advanced English level
