**Responsibilities**:- Develop and optimize publicity campaigns in digital channels with lead generation, online sales and branding objectives.- Implement monthly promotional campaigns.- Support the development of the branding campaign(s).- Select the appropriate campaign objective based on desired outcomes.- Optimize budget spending across performance channels.- Build and optimize audience targeting strategies.- Identify and implement the most effective bid strategies.- Create marketing collateral with creative teams and/or agencies (Videos, images, text, etc.
)- Track and report on key performance indicators, and progress towards the monthly targets.- Build test marketing campaigns on an ad hoc basis.
**Key responsibilities**:- Support the CMO in setting financial targets for paid media campaigns.- Align campaign activities to financial projections- Work towards achieving targets for ROAS, CPL, lead volume, reach, etc.- Work closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimize and report on performance.- Work with the marketing team to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.- Develop, test, and learn from initiatives across paid media.- Create and present executive reports daily, weekly, and monthly.- Support product teams from the supply department in selecting product promotions**Requirements**:? 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing/ Paid Media? Advertising platforms- Facebook Display (Core)- Instagram Display (Core)- Google ads PPC, YouTube & Display (Desirable)- TikTok Display (Desirable)? Background in the tourism industry, marketing agency, or e-commerce retailer (nice to have, but not limited).? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.? Advanced English (desirable)? In Depth knowledge of the modern paid media landscape for demand generation? Campaign planning and management (based on marketing / acquisition funnel)? Creation of campaign collateral with designers and post producers? Campaign optimization principles and practices? Performance marketing metrics, analytics, and management reporting? Best practices for campaign tracking and accountability (Attribution, UTM's, etc.
)? Working knowledge related to demand management tactics such as marketing automation and CRM? Certifications by Google Ads, Meta Business, etc.
