Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, Tik Tok Ads and more! Work with our marketing and product teams to develop campaign objectives, targets, and KPIs. Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and lead ongoing testing and analysis. Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and tactics. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, as needed. Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance and insights. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition. Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools and data to optimize campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to self- start and take action. Ability to deal with ambiguity Problem solving skills Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts Proficient written and verbal communication in Spanish. Fluent level of English communication in written and spoken. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
