**Budget Management**: Masterfully allocate budgets, track spending, and optimize cost per acquisition (CAC) to ensure resource efficiency and maximize returns.

**Testing & Optimization**: Conduct A/B testing, scrutinize results, and implement data-driven optimization strategies. Fine-tune ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting for peak campaign performance.

**Scalable Reporting**: Implement scalable reporting systems to manage business performance efficiently. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide clear insights into key metrics and performance indicators.

**Attribution Management**: Ensure clarity on the performance of each marketing channel through robust attribution management (UTMs, Tag Manager). Understand the contribution of each touch-point in the customer journey to refine strategies and optimize resource allocation.

**Automation for Optimization**: Utilize automation tools to manage and optimize bids at scale based on data and target goals. Implement intelligent automation to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of our performance marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education & Certifications**:Bachelor's degree with certifications in key performance marketing areas such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and PPC.

**Experience & Track Record**:Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns for sustainable growth.

**E-commerce & Marketplace Optimization Specialist**:Proven experience in performance marketing for traffic channels leading to direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. Significant focus on optimizing PPC ads for major marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Mercadolibre, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion within the e-commerce landscape.

**Customer Acquisition & Lifetime Value Management**:Proficiency in managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and optimizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) metrics. Strategic focus on maximizing ROI while ensuring sustainable and long-term customer relationships.

**Strategic Communication for Marketing Impact**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring a deep understanding of consumers and diverse audiences in English and Spanish. Proficient in crafting compelling messages and ads that resonate, driving optimal performance and engagement.

**Data Mastery & Attribution Expertise**:Proficient in Excel for in-depth data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio to present campaign analysis effectively. Demonstrated expertise in building attribution models using UTMs and Tag Manager, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of campaign performance.
