We provide our users with a multi-currency account that allows them to hold, send, and receive money from Africa in any currency for their business and personal banking needs. About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of our performance marketing efforts from the US. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive sign ups and user acquisition across various platforms. This role is a perfect fit for someone who is analytical, creative, and passionate about achieving results through digital marketing. Responsibilities are as follows: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.G., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) targeting diasporas in the US Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and identify areas for improvement Create targeted audiences using demographic, behavioural, and interest-based targeting options Continuously optimise ad creatives and landing pages for better performance Support the launch and management of the LemFi Social Media pages, fostering a strong and engaged community Take ownership of growth targets for assigned markets Represent digital marketing channels in weekly meetings Provide weekly performance updates on assigned markets Requirements: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through digital marketing campaigns Strong understanding of marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS) and ability to analyse data to identify trends and insights Experience with campaign management platforms (e.G., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Website listing) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Tableau is a plus Familiarity with the Latin American communities A passion for social media and community management Bonus Points: Experience with lead generation and marketing automation tools Experience working with B2C companies Fluency in Spanish and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
