Performance Marketing Specialist Marketplace

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist that will help us to rapidly accelerate our brands after they join our platform by deploying a data and performance-driven approach to advertising.
A rising star, someone who is used to going above and beyond to think outside of the box and solve any challenge.
**Responsibilities**:- Plan, develop and optimize Ads strategies within Marketplaces such as Amazon or Mercado Libre.
- Guarantee the correct implementation of the media plan in the channel.
- Report Ads campaigns results to Top Management Team.
- Create and report A / B tests.
- Analyze data and detect opportunities in the customer journey to design a best in class acquisition and loyalty strategy.
- Responsible for the media budget?
optimization, analyzing KPIs of the integral Marketing campaigns.
- Leverage tools and integrations to automate campaigns creation and management.
- Partner with Brand Managers and Growth team, and leverage bid algorithms to optimize campaign performance and harvest new keywords.
**Requirements**:- 2-4 years of professional Importante empresa, ideally in performance marketing or consulting.
- Must have +1 year expertise in a similar role.
- Strong academic background from a respected University; open to all analytical majors (preferably in -administration, economics or engineering).
- Be well versed with data analysis, Excel, G Suite.
Knowledge of SQL is a huge plus; - Compliance history in terms of Marketplace Manager | Customer engagement &- Channel optimization project management and online advertising focused on ROI and/or conversions.
- Work cross-functionally and highly collaboratively.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
