DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:Role Responsibilities:Planning, managing, and executing user acquisition campaigns in Google channelSupport growth, branding and creative strategy teams while working on different initiatives across the funnel.Analyzing, monitoring and continuously optimizing campaigns based on a data driven approach to provide insights and propose A/B testsDefine Kpis to monitor.Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, optimization and reporting, as well as contributing to an automation of campaign managementManage the relationship with our partners and agencies to ensure best-in-class communication, support and execution.Cooperate with business units, leveraging strategic vision to inform, consult, and recommend innovative solutions to unrivaled challenges.Role Qualifications:2+ years of paid marketing experience (preferably with consumer apps).Previous experience managing branding or performance Google campaignsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers.Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions.English fluency is mandatory.Incrementality mindset and knowledge of Supermetrics are plus.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
