**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles
- Experience in Google's performance solutions and creating, developing, and executing performance advertising strategies
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption
- Experience in consulting or doing data analysis
- Results-driven with experience influencing people across functions and managing virtual working groups within a large organization
- Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities

Our Performance Solutions team within SpLatam PSD is looking for a passionate individual to join our team. Our team's mission is to help our sales Googlers by providing them with resources, tools, insights, and best practices that allow them to identify new opportunities to drive our products in ways that will boost their clients and agencies business objectives. As a Performance Specialist, you will help activate Google's commercial business strategy for our advertisers and will be ultimately responsible for driving adoption of our advertising solutions. You will provide Google-caliber client service, anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a go-to-market plan to successfully capture the search opportunity in the region (focused on value based bidding).
- Educate the ecosystem on value based bidding and work with sales, agency, go-to-market, and sales finance teams to prioritize short, mid, and long-term actions in order to make progress.
- Develop target client lists, narratives and execute selling of product priorities in partnership with sales, agency, go-to-market, and sales finance.
- Help sales and agency influence customers to increase value based bidding.
- Maximize performance outcomes for customers.
