Ninja touts an amazing user experience, 360-degree monitoring, an IT marketplace and tight integrations with products used by MSPs as well as IT professionals.**Our Proposal**:We are looking for a **_Performance Test Engineer_** for our newly formed Test Engineering team.Our teams are top-notch - collaborate across the organization to manage new and exciting challenges, as we grow our product suite and company success.**Responsibilities**:- Work across teams to standardize and adopt best practices for technology and automation.- Review test results and establish hypotheses to draw conclusions by providing in-depth result interpretation.- Provide leadership and influence for performance and quality product development.**Requirements**:- **3+ years** of experience in **performance testing**.- **5+ years** of experience with **general-purpose programming languages** like C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.- **Hands-on experience with load testing tools** like K6, JMeter, Load Runner, BlazeMeter, CloudTest, etc.- **Experience testing REST APIs**.- **Experience testing Message Based Applications** (using RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Apache Kafka, etc.)- **Experience with APM tools** like New Relic, AppDynamics, App Insight, etc.- In-depth expertise in conceptual and practical knowledge of approaches, tools, and platforms of performance testing and troubleshooting.- Ability to provide insightful conclusions from test metrics and results that correlate to accurate and predictable outcomes in production.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical degree is a **PLUS.
