**Please submit resume in English!**A Viva Engage client is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to be part of their legal team!!**Requirements**:- **English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection**:- **Ability to work in California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays but will need to work during local holidays).**:- **This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer**- **2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation.**- **Relevant experience in legal or office settings is a must.**The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:- Court-call arrangement (online)- Handling the entire calendaring matters (Federal and State Court)- Summarizing deposition transcripts- Drafting and proofreading general correspondence and court documentsThis position is very busy and Legal Assistants spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients.
