Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or who have received our direct mail offers.
Inbound Sales: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.
Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.
Data Verification: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
