**Job Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Client Relationship Management**:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.- Understand clients' needs and objectives, and ensure our services meet their expectations.- **Client Onboarding**:- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.- Provide training and support to new clients on how to utilize our services effectively.- **Communication**:- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.- **Issue Resolution**:- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.- **Reporting**:- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction, service usage, and other relevant metrics.- Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for service enhancements.- **Collaboration**:- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client relationship strategies.
