Company Description**Job Description**:- Determine the profiles required in vacant positions, such as their activities, responsibilities, among others.- Complies with the policies and procedures established for its activity.- Performs internal and external publications of administrative vacancies (using the necessary means of communication).- Receives and maintains control of requests for direct, indirect and temporary personnel by executing the recruitment for recruitment.- Receives resumes, filters, analyzes and delivers for greater effectiveness and efficiency to the superior in charge.- Make sure to integrate the files of the contracted personnel with the documents required in the checklist, stories as your organization.- Responsible for the welcoming process of the administrative employees, delivering their contract and badge, informing them of their benefits, job description and vacancy objectives, etc.- Discharges new administrative employees into the TRESS system.- Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.- Make purchase orders in the area of Human Resources, Uniforms, anniversary shirts and birthday gifts.- Organizes the delivery of employee birthday gifts each month.- Welcomes and announces organizations of new administrative employees.**Qualifications**:- B.D. or B.S.
