We set the course for technological change and are a highly capable, experienced partner for the automotive industry.Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for maintaining the Process FMEA aligned with customer-specific requirements as well as Bosch internal processes. You will also be the main point of contact for Quality activities for customer projects.Ensure all Line releases performed by Quality Auditors are completed on time and properly.Support the Quality Team responsible for 0-KM and Field analysis on problem-solving, root cause identification, and containment and corrective actions implementation.Ensure documentation related to each assembly line is completed, available, and understood by the auditors' team.Train and manage shifts of Quality Auditors responsible for new projects.Support failure analysis and review of Pre-production failures (0-mile and Field Returns after SOP).Support internal corrective action teams (initiate meetings) by utilizing various quality tools and processes to identify the root cause of a problem and support (Sponsor and Lead) with implementing effective corrective actions.Correctly moderate the FMEA methodology in the different processes, following the requirements of the CDQ's and clients. Provide support to all areas with the FMEA methodology.Coordinate in VM the implementation and improvement of Quality tools, establishing appropriate controls to make it sustainable.Serve as a champion of some of the tools: QGC Quality focus, core tools, FMEA control plan.Ensure that Quality tools meet VM and Customer requirements.Support internal and external audits in accordance with VM and customer requirements.Complete Quality related activities for customer projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year College or University; or 3 to 5 years relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Their experience should be gained in areas of engineering or technical operations.Experience as PFMEA Moderator in a manufacturing facility.Experience in Manufacturing processes and Quality Processes, MSA, Gage R&R, Capability, Drawing, APQP core tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
