Autonomously leads and sets the 24 hours directir the assigned line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) to deliver the business results and ensures tllow up actions are completed.
Responsibr oversight of Sustainability pillar tools (BOS, Safety metric, Trigger, Incident Elimination), Clean, Inspect & Lubricate and Defect Handling DMSs and Production attainment resultcus on environment:
waste segregation, any environmental pollution reported promptly (noise becoming higher, dust, waste, etc.)
Ensures that key routines are in place and implemented (Shift DDS, Pre and Post Huddle)Accountability 2QUALITY QMS Compliance:
Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to of incoming materials, SFGs as in line with the QMS.
Ensures that the trigger daily management system and standards are in place and used to guarantee the product, integrity all traceability.
As the trigger DMS owner, is responsible to define targets and monitor the result of indicators as well as leads tllow up actions to deliver high product.
Ensuring ownership of cusing on at the source.
Routine checks are done timely and efficiently, QFs and QIEs are timely raised and addressed.
Respect sampliequency, SPC and appropriallow-up.
Analysis and continuous improvement (IPS/UPS) towards elimination of potential losses Ensures regular and effective Recognition to team and Applies Disciplinary steps if needed.
Ensures thQ DMS and QIE SWPare in place and implemented in accordance to IOS standardAccountability 3 LINE DAILY DIRECTION SETTING Autonomously leads and sets the 24 hours directir the assigned line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) to deliver the business results and ensures tllow up actions are completed.

Drives performance through Loss elimination and continuous improvement.
Autonomously develops, leads and reviews the days master plans to drive breakthrough results in machine performance in order to address the lossom (un)planned downtime.
Ensures standard problem solving tools such as IPS, 6W2H & UPS are used to solve the chronic problems on the line(s) in a timely mannellows up and initiates timely corrective/preventive actions to guarantee needed transactional and performance data records in all relevant systems and data based is precise and correct.
The data or report is used as a source of legal and business processes performance management as basr business decision making.Accountability 4 EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES Becomes responsible to ensure maintenance task lists are in place and leads the maintenance activities in the assigned RRP team to ensure stability, predictability and reliability of operations.
Acts as the owner of defect handling and clean, inspect and lubrication DMS´s.Accountability 5 PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATION Effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve the assigned RRP line(s) business results.
Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems according to the IMS and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy.
Build effective working relationships with all stakeholders through good communication, positive attitude and strong collaboration to enable the team to achieve the business result.Accountability 6 LEADING CHANGE Leads the team through the IMS as an integral part of OPEN.
Defines priorities and continuously improves technical and system aspects of the business.
Propose and execute the agreed strategies by building execution plans, trainings and people development plans, empowering team members in the spirit of zero loss mindset.
