These financing solutions may range from standard loans, lease, or rental to financial structuring of complex project financing, including Public-Private Partnerships.To respond to the new market requirements we are looking for someone to support Philips Capital business in Mexico.The main responsibility of this role is the management of structured financing solutions for our large-scale projects, to develop new financing and service-based customer offerings as well as to drive our financing activities of and lead the relationship with our third-party financiers.
We are looking for someone attracted by innovation and with a strong ability to challenge status quo.Identify, develop and implement customer financing products, programs and solutions in close co-operation with financing partners, commercial team, modality sales specialist and Philips Capital Latam team.Present and negotiate financing solutions and agreements for large-scale projects with the customer.Develop methodologies and tools to manage embedded financing elements in business models.Drive growth by incremental deal funnel creation acting pro-actively and being a business partner to the commercial organization.Drive strategic and selective new financing solutions/programs for minimal use of the Philips balance sheet while at the same time meeting market and customer requirements in a dynamic business environment.Drive out-of-the-box thought processes with markets, product division and financing partners to create and develop solutions for the future.Lead partnership with our preferred financing partners and engage with other financing institutes as required.Engage with internal stakeholders required to drive (new) financing and service-based solutions, such as legal, accounting, credit and fiscal department.Reporting activities related to financing businessYou're the right fit if you:Have a degree in Finance / Accounting or a related field.Have professional experience in customer financing with a good understanding of all related aspects such as credit, legal, accounting (IFRS), leasing, preferably in the financial industry or vendor finance environment.Have strong analytical skills with solid financing process understanding, and related accounting / operational requirements.Have significant experience in financial and legal due diligence (related to financing aspects).Have good understanding of financial modeling (including NPV / IRR analysis for investments).Are solution-oriented mindset, pro-active, entrepreneurial approach, team playerHave strong stakeholder engagement on senior level.Have experience in healthcare sectorAre Spanish and English fluent.Why should you join Philips?Working at Philips is more than a job.
