.Job TitleImplementation Consultant EMR TasyJob DescriptionJob Summary:The Implementation Consultant is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition/specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restoration.The Consultant works with a variety of customers across the globe to conceptualize, design and optimize Philips solutions with the aim of customer success. Designing for these unique environments requires strong, proven design talent and a deep knowledge of technical and customer best practices in a variety of environments.Your role:Building, deploying and/or integrating solutions.Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration and testing.Based on customer requirements, serve as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment.Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.Document solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.Contribute to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assess and share repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects.Practice configuration management and version control.Execute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework.Be a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; foster collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise.You're the right fit if:You have experience and affinity with a healthcare environment (nurse, doctor, chemical engineer, pharmacy or related).You speak Intermediate to Advanced English.You have strong communication and influencing skills.Availability to travel within Mexico to carry out processes at the client.You have knowledge of SQL, software, or database administration.You have project management methodology knowledge.You possess good practices for documentation and BPM (Business Process Modeling) skills.You have strong control over audiences and user training.You have the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.You have knowledge about NOM's and regulatory standards for Mexico (preferred).About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
