Phone Agent / Customer Support / Remote
Position Objective:
In this position, your purpose will be to handle inbound calls from our customers in the United States, diagnose issues, and respond to their inquiries regarding our systems, ensuring that their sites return to full functionality.
Main Responsibilities:
Attend inbound customer calls from the United States.
Provide top-notch operational and technical assistance to end users of dispensers and sales points, as well as other products and services related to the company.
Meet departmental indicators regarding average handling time and productivity, ensuring efficient and effective service.
Maintain high standards in call quality and undergo the call audit process to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
Experience in technical phone support.
Advanced English proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
Customer service-oriented attitude, committed to providing the best experience to our customers.
Must reside in Monterrey (MTY) or the metropolitan area.

Gross Salary: $22,000. Direct employment with the company.
6-week paid remote training.
