.At ContactPoint360, we are seeking a **dedicated and experienced Physical Security and Compliance Officer** to take on the key responsibility of ensuring safety, security, and compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards at our delivery center. This role is essential for maintaining the security of the organization's facilities, assets, and personal.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee all aspects of the delivery center's physical security, including access controls, surveillance systems, alarm systems, and security personnel.- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement within the delivery center's security infrastructure.- Stay up-to-date with physical security technology, such as intrusion detection systems, alarms, and biometrics, recommending their implementation when appropriate.- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulations related to physical security and compliance, particularly in the context of the U.S. banking sector.- Lead the development and execution of emergency response and crisis management plans, ensuring employee and asset safety.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address security incidents, investigate breaches, and implement corrective actions.- Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external partners to stay current on security requirements and recommendations.- Provide guidance, training, and education to employees on security protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance measures.- Develop, document, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to industry standards.- Ensure the delivery center remains compliant with regulatory standards and internal security policies.- Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing the security status, incidents, and mitigation efforts.- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as SOC I & II, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001, and industry-specific requirements related to the delivery center.- Conduct regular audits of established policies and procedures to validate their effectiveness, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (IIA, IMA, etc.) or equivalent experience.- Proven experience managing physical security and compliance in a corporate environment.- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, access control systems, surveillance systems, and alarms.- Familiarity with U.S. banking regulations and compliance standards.- Experience in security incident management, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
