In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.Responsibilities:Manage, coach, and develop a team of intelligence analysts, supervisors and operators, ensuring adherence to security standards and best practicesBuild and maintain strong communication and collaboration with local and regional security teams, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant partnersPerform regular security audits, assessments, and drills to measure security performance and identify areas for improvementManage security budgets and resources and provide regular reports and feedback to senior managementKeep abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and implement appropriate measures to reduce risksLead and enhance intelligence capabilities, including collecting, processing, and disseminating security information and intelligence from various sources, such as open source, social media, and human intelligenceCreate and maintain threat profiles and risk assessments for the region and provide timely and actionable intelligence to support security decision-making and planningDesign and deliver security training and awareness programs for staff and contractorsReview and update security policies, protocols, and procedures as neededCoordinate and support security projects and initiatives in the regionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceMinimum 8 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably in a multinational or regional contextCertified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP), or other relevant security certification is preferredProficient in security systems and tools, such as CCTV, access control, alarm, and incident management systemsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risksExperience in crisis management and emergency response planningExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsWilling to travel within the region as neededEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearLocation: Various locations worldwide
