Barry Callebaut seeks diverse and passionate people who thrive in a dynamic environment, focused on continuous learning, living BC's Values, and loving chocolate.**Job description**:- The **Physicochemical Technician **will ensure that the plant operation and all manufactured products comply with the Standards and Quality Requirements established by Barry Callebaut Corporate, the BRC standard, as well as the specifications of each of our Clients through supervision, monitoring, updating, and reporting all the information related to each of the materials and products used in the production process, always aimed at maintaining food safety within the plant.**Key responsibilities include**:- Responsible for maintaining order, cleanliness, and functionality of the physicochemical laboratory- Supervise plant compliance with Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures. Defense of Food, Health, and Regulatory Affairs required by procedures, established policies, and BRC.- Carry out continuous tours of the plant checking order, cleanliness, process conditions, control points, CCP, records, formulations, safety conditions, and GMP.- Monitor and report quality incidents in Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Storage, Process Conditions, Product in Process, Finished Product, and Shipping Conditions.- Support in the non-conforming product control/product detention procedure, responsible for the effective identification of materials on the floor
