Pic Support Desk Analyst

Requisition ID: 61915- Location: Remote Worker, Remote Worker, MX- Function: Finance**Role Summary**:_ _**Responsible of analysing, processing, and communicating deal discount credit details to our partners globally in a timely manner according to established processes and policies; enriching the partner experience with Poly.**Your day to day**:- Processes distributors sell-through data via Oracle autopay system to generate credits- Keeps a tracker of unresolved sell-through lines- Prepares and communicates weekly back-end claims statements to distribution partners- Reconciles aged sell-through data and resolves discount discrepancies- Closely collaborates with internal teams (sales, sales support, channel finance, shared services)**What You Bring to The Team**- Bachelor's degree, i.E., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related- Analytical mindset- 2 + years' experience in an analytical or partner facing role- Fluent in English (70 % - 80% fluency)- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (80%)- Reconciliation experience- High Communication skills- Detail Oriented and organized- Team player who also works well independently- Works well under pressure.- Oracle or SAP experience (preferred)- Salesforce experience (preferred)**What do we have to offer?**- Being part of a fun and supportive global team, going through a journey of globalization, which offers a lot of opportunity to learn and develop.- Working in a global team of passionate professionals, truly making an impact on Poly' success in the future.- Position to be working remotely.LI-OG1**WE CREATE AMAZING NEW WAYS TO HEAR, SEE, WORK, & WORK TOGETHER**:Be a part of a team with a critical mission - ensuring everyone can be seen and heard with incredible clarity, wherever they work and whenever they work.
