RIGHT NOW.**Title**: PL Human Resources Consultant**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León IJD Monterrey**Function**: Human Resources**Main Responsibilities**:Supports various Human Resources processes at the unit/site. This is a well-grounded, middle seasoned level of Human Resources Professional focusing on analysis and assisting managers/employees in resolving issues. This job exercises independent judgment based on both education and experience. This position is the point of contact with the business that help us to connect operations requirements with HR strategy**What Skills You Need**:- Assists and supports managers and employees in regard to resolving Human Resource issues.- Supports a number of Human Resource processes/procedures in the major Human Resource areas such as employee relations, the human resource aspects of the unit strategic plan, compensation and benefits, staffing, Employee development, Performance Management, Talent Planning and terminations processes.- Responsible for recruitment and selection for production positions.- Promotes discipline and Deere Culture with production employees.- Support activities to improve Employee engagement and DEI in the unit.- Counsels and advises management on the interpretation of Human Resource /Company policies and procedures.- Collects and analyzes information/data to make appropriate decisions, manage HR metrics and presents to leadership to make decisions.- Participates in and/or leads projects to achieve the unit/site Human Resource strategic and tactical goals.**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Skill in utilizing tools and software that support HR Processes: Talent Central, SONARH, SAP.- Skill in major HR Resources processes: Targeted Selection Interviewing methodology, Federal Labor law, Labor Relations, Conflict Management- Skill in technology tools: Excel, PBI, Analytics tools- Desirable skills in: INFONAVIT, IMSS, Payroll**Education**:Degree in : Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent degree
