- Supports various Human Resources processes at the unit/site.
- This is a well-grounded, middle seasoned level of Human Resources Professional focusing on analysis and assisting managers/employees in resolving issues.
- This job exercises independent judgment based on both education and experience.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.
- Edit document in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
- Deliver accurate and timely processing of payroll; input and maintain payroll data; check payrolls for accuracy prior to submission; prepare complex manual payments when required; complete financial reconciliations.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Create a company-wide document management system and ensure compliance with it.
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- Manage the delivery of onboarding and/or offboarding processes; ensure accurate and timely completion of all administration processes; provide support and guidance to line managers, new joiners, and leavers throughout the process; propose improvements to procedures.
- Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Skill in utilizing tools and software that support Human Resources processes (HRIS, BI, Success Factors, Kronos, HR Data management)
- Skill in major Human Resources processes such as interviewing, job documentation, and talent development.
- HR principles and procedures in such areas as employee/labor relations compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, employee communications and legal and corporate compliance.
- Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanvan, People Analytics, VSM.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
