Plan Purchasing Supervisor

**Job Details****What you will do?**Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Works with customers, purchasing, production and engineering regarding new product releases and long term customer needs. Often prepares and manages the demand production schedule for a facility serving multiple product lines and/or customers. May directly supervise materials coordinators and/or analysts.**How you will do it?**Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff. Supervises junior and senior buyers (7HC) Maintains KPIs (Open Order, PO Exceptions, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy,etc) Ensures material availability and service to internal and external customers Analysis of data, calculation of forecast and safety stock. Monthly Reports of inventory and KPIs Escalation of material shortages Provide tools for buyers to have a clearer view of supply and demand Work with SAP Expert to implement procurement strategies**What are we looking for?**Minimum of 3 years of experience on procurement.- At least 1 year of experience in SAP (Procurement)- Strong supervisory and leadership skills- Power BI knowledge is a plus- Proficient in English- Experience in Team Management- Bachelor Degree (Engineer, Commerce, Administratio n, Business)
