Job Description:Distribution Requirement Planner or Demand PlannerActivities:- Communicates with all relevant stakeholders within the supply chain team regarding overall supply of finished case goods- Oversees weekly and monthly supply and product availability reporting including KPIs, service, capacity reviews, monthly calls, inventory evaluation, and risk assessments- Participates in system setup, new product start-ups, run-outs and overall project driven transitions in supporting innovation/renovation projects- Manages multiple active projects at any time- Conducts extensive data and root cause analysis of multiple information streams- Identifies risks and/or opportunities to the overall supply plan and executes necessary changes- Processes customer orders for 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse. Including: receiving, shipping, and PGI orders in SAP- Works with 3PL service providers to file carrier claims- Works with 3PL warehouses and manufacturing sites to resolve delivery discrepancies- Creates a trusted partnership, credibility, and transparency with internal/external stakeholders- Works in collaboration with supply and materials team- Provides insight, spots trends and drives deep analytics while being solution oriented**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Supply Chain Management and 1-2 years' experience or equivalent work experience in operations and/or supply chain management- Excellent Excel skills and data management.
