Planeador De Produccion

**This position will be in charge of the production planning with our manufacturing plants in Turkey and Germany. Time availability is required since the position has remote meetings with people in that time zone**

**Experience**:

- Industrial Engineer or related
- 1-2 years within the production planning in the manufacturing industry (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Cosmetic, Food)
- English - Advanced
- Forecast
- Quality management system
- ERP (SAP, Oracle)
- Office intermediate/advanced

**Functions**:

- Work, analyze and coordinate the necessary activities to comply with the production program prepared based on the projections made with the sales area for delivery to the client in a timely manner.
- Ensure the supply of materials by performing mrp based on inventory analysis and quantities of material necessary for the preparation of material requisitions on time, coordinate the necessary activities for the release of raw materials, for the release of production orders and preparation of the same.
- Inventory analysis of low turnover materials, elimination of material obsolescence.
- Responsible for carrying out activities to cover customer orders such as the generation of the mps, follow-up to production orders in a timely manner, coordinating the warehouse, production and quality department, in order to comply in a timely manner with the production program.
- Establish scenarios for the manufacture of products, reviewing the plant capacity to ensure the proper use of the facilities.
- Define and coordinate the disposal of materials by reviewing inventories and planned production campaigns to ensure reliable inventories are held
