What you'll do:Authority.Create the molding and Packing production plan in Excel and load it into an internal platform called EMES and EFLEX. Create and maintain an achievable production plan based on the master schedule for the production line.B. Balance the production plan according to internal capacities and constraints in the manufacturing line.C. Process ECN/ECR's received and update production orders to reflect changes in BOM's.D. Expedite and assign priorities to production orders in SAP, cascading priorities to internal supply.E. Be the champion in VSM to finish all production orders older than 2 weeks.F. Be the champion for cleaning COGI errors in SAP as well as driving accountability from production to prevent these from happening.G. Drive accountability for past due status and OTP within the VSM, leading the problem-solving team to identify and correct root causes that affect on-time delivery.H. Interact with supply planners to create an achievable production plan and provide information to them about production orders and expedite status so RGID's are communicated to customers.I. Coordinate reschedules of production orders based on material availability.J. Daily review and communication with the VSM manager and team about production attainment.K. Analyze, report, and creatively find alternatives to material shortages that affect the production plan.L. Responsible for Material Master configuration and to review configuration items that could affect daily duties.M.
