Plan and schedule production effectively, optimizing the organization's resources.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and approve the monthly Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) exercise.Prepare and coordinate the fulfillment of the production plan, ensuring timely delivery of distribution orders.Simulate material availability.Participate and/or coordinate the introduction and phase-out of products/materials/services.Meet inventory level goals for Work in Progress (WIP).Analyze and verify the integrity of manufacturing data in the system (IFS).Support Lean initiatives.Collaborate as part of a team within the assigned cell.Meet established metrics in the Scorecard by following tasks outlined in the Standard Work Sheet.Follow up on urgent materials with Purchasing to ensure timely arrival for the fulfillment of the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP).Provide support in necessary activities for material flow.Maintain official document files and records in compliance with company procedures.Responsible for escalating any issues that affect the achievement of organizational goals to the relevant departments.Support in necessary activities for material flow.Experience : +4 years as a production planner in a maquiladora industryLevel of English: AdvancedDegree: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.Required Tools/Skills:Microsoft Office / Agile / Workday / BIRST / APICS Certification / LeanAdvanced ERP/MRPS&OP NegotiationProject ManagementScheduling Techniques (Implementation)SOP, WI, WG (Submits changes)BIRSTSkills & Competencies:Drive to achieve resultsProblem-solving#J-18808-Ljbffr
