Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Planner/Buyer will be responsible for providing maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other Operations departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The position will also contribute to the department's development and implementation of materials, strategies, policies and practices.
This position will also routinely interact with the operations team.
The Planner/Buyer shall Create and establish quality system processes and policies in support of the organization's mission and vision.
This includes the implementation of the company's EQMS system, in accordance with compliance with 21 CFR Section 820, EN ISO 13485.
Participate and contribute to regular meetings with the CEO, CFO and Director of Operations specific to operation metrics.
Administration of the Purchasing part (processes and systems).
This includes the management of individual purchase orders.
Requirements, quotes and ensure the completion process of suppliers.
The buyer / main planner will verify the implementation of the plan; effectiveness of the corrective action plan; and collect, analyze, and report on purchasing and planning.
Maintain system parameters (SAP/MRP) in perfect condition to ensure reliability.
Supervise finished products, production products and traffic coordinator in daily activities to ensure smooth operation.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy.
(Physical and MRP) Oversee logistics operation to ensure continuous flow of materials to support site operation within agreed cost metrics.
Reviews and reports on aggregate product inventory levels, inventory exposure, backlog, availability, and on-time delivery.
Develop recovery plans if lost shipments occur Facilitate the development of processes and best practice models for the fulfillment of outstanding orders.
Comply with and follow all procedures within the company's security policy and traffic rules.Experiência y requisitosQUALIFICATIONS Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree - 3+ years of experience in similar position - Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets Communication and negotiation Ability to work independently.
