We are currently seeking experienced Planner Buyer in our Guadalajara Office.
**Responsibilities**:

- Completely reengineer the current sales processes and tools.
- Provide all the materials required for the office in a timely manner.
- Purchase direct and indirect materials.
- SKU demand forecasting using descriptive statistics and formal forecasting methods.
- Plan and make Purchase Orders according to the forecast.
- Coordinate and assure the timely delivery of Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate and manage the logistic process from Overseas and Domestic Suppliers, including clearing customs.
- Development of national and international suppliers, and obtaining quotes.
- Purchase of direct and indirect materials.
- Materials planning according to firm orders (direct and indirect) and forecast.
- Management of Purchase Orders (Stock Orders) in the BackOffice system.
- Analyze the behavior of materials, for the early detection of possible surpluses, slow and null movement of inventory.
- Coordinate operational activities with foreign, national and local suppliers; negotiation of most favorable prices, terms, etc.
- Registration of suppliers and purchases in the company's systems.
- Scheduling and monitoring of payments to suppliers.
- Administration and updating of inventory purchases, and their entry into the ERP system.
- Control and administration of Sim cards.
- Pairing of GPS devices and Sim cards in the ERP system.
- Review of data consumption of Sim cards.
- Certification of imported supplies with government agencies and third parties.
- Administration and coordination of imports and customs agents.
- Reconciliation of expenses of each import with customs agents.
- Punctual monitoring of Imports from origin to arrival at the warehouse and system.
- Delivery provider management.
- Coordinate product deliveries.
**Requirements**:

- Schooling: Administrative, Industrial or related Engineering
- Experience: 3+ years
- English: Advanced written
- Systems management: ERP (Purchasing / Planning Modules)
- Experience with customs and imports

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proactive, Analytical & Organized
- Sense of urgency & schedule availability

- Advanced Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets

**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
