.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPurchase goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. Key Task & Responsibilities: -Conduct bids and vendor selection process according to Sonova's procurement guidelines. -Issue purchase orders for goods and services needed -Follow-up for supplier's acknowledgment and confirmation for all issued PO's, follow-up for all outstanding PO's to secure the on-time delivery. -Maintain the Kanban Systems for applicable suppliers. -Inventory level monitor and management based on organization policies. -Analyze any price increase notification from Supplier, negotiate with suppliers a any price increase notification, submit to Management any price increase for approval in accordance to directions. -Escalate to Sourcing any price increase notification that was not possible to be contained. -Maintain and report supplier scorecards. -Support the Value Stream with any eventual or regular purchasing activity not considered in the previous described activities. -Assist their Value Streams with the Purchasing Requisitions for tooling repairs. -Support and execution of Supply Chain planning tools. -Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities -Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods -Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedule -Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets -Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations -Other duties as assigned to meet Company goalsExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field. -Desire 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing -Maquila environment. Previous Purchasing and Planning experience. Material & Logistics. -Analytical and problem-solving with ability to drive tasks to completion Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), ability to negotiate - Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together Proactively contributes to the team Actively committed to teams development -High ethics standard, teamwork. -Sense of ownership. -Good communication (Verbal - Written). -Experience with procurement systems, including systems such as spend data, contract management, online tendering, and ERP procurement systems, such as SAP. - English Profecient. Desirable: APICS - CPIM Certification
