As an Outstanding Planner Buyer in our Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of our supply chain operations. This is an outstanding chance to be part of a proven team that is dedicated to achieving outstanding results and driving continuous improvement.Planner Buyer Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer needs.Work closely with Procurement team to align purchasing strategies with business objectives.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.Expedite raw material in case of getting close to a low inventory level or when the transit incoming material could cause a line down or when there is a production schedule increase.Coordinate with the industrial engineer any engineering change in order to replace as fast as possible the raw material if needed, minimize obsolescence and make sure a continuous material flow on the production lines.Review aged orders and maintain system updated.Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, purchasing activities, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and purchasing practices.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering3 / 5 years' experience in purchasing/planning function.Experience in manufacturing environment.Knowledge of Kan-Ban, MPS/MRP, Microsoft software's and Oracle.70-80% English.Experience in Staff Managing.Experience with Warehousing, Inventories & Supply Chain Flow.Fluent in English.Excel proficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
