Planner Buyer

American company is looking for a **Planner Buyer fully bilingual**

Job Description Summary

The position will assist the planning/scheduling with the overall management of material needed.
The individual will also assist the buyers by giving a follow up with the suppliers.
Basic duties:

- Responsibilities include data entry, system maintenance, and various analyses for all material, with additional duties as directed to support the department.
- Access the PO Report to ensure timely receipt of material from the suppliers.
- Inventory analysis of materials including transaction verification
- Assist Buyer/Planners with material management.
- Perform Data Analysis to support material supply
- May be asked to perform other duties as required
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree on Business Administration, Engineering or any related field
- 1+ year of experience in materials planning, issue and follow up purchase order, gap analysis, suppliers communication
- Excel knowledge intermediate
- English conversational is a must
- This position is fully bilingual, the 100% of time is in contact with the US Team.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented
