Descripcion del puesto.- Coordinate with DOMO team to ensure that the material reaches on time.- Maintains and performs monthly raw material inventory.- Check the accuracy of the data (number of parts, BOM's, Costs) in Syteline.- Maintains, tracks, and reports supplier quality rating, cost and on time delivery.- Set delivery times and consider them with respect to the production plan.- Establish the production plan.- Optimizes the flow of both raw materials and DOMO units throughout the plant to minimize inventory levels, minimize transaction volumes and continuously improve efficiency in relation to production schedules.- Maintain direct and constant communication with production during the execution of the plan.- Identify current and potential delivery problems and take proactive steps to prevent dates passed internally & externally.- Review essential system planning data to ensure that the Syteline is effectively planning future requirements- Leads production meetings for all manufacturing work cells and products.- Works closely with the DOMO team to set and meet expectations for delivery dates.- Sets the master production schedule, evaluates production schedules and communicates to operations manager and DOMO team.- Uses the Syteline system to adjust and confirm production schedules for each DOMO unit.- Optimizes the flow of both raw materials and DOMO units throughout the plant to minimize inventory levels, minimize transaction volumes and continuously improve efficiency in relation to production schedules.- Manages inventory levels to targets; monitors DOMO demand and production schedules to ensure adequate material availability.Experiência.- Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineering.- 3 Plus years Planning & Purchasing.- Bilingual.- Metal mechanic and construction Industry.- MRP knowledge Syteline.- APICS- Customer service and team work.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedor- Servicio de comedor con descuentoEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Compras: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
