Planner/Customer Service

**We´re looking to Planner/Customer Service Specialist (Automotive Industry. Experience in Tier 1´s companies (OEM´s )**Qualifications:- Graduate of industrial engineering or similar- At least 2 years experience in planning, customer services and logistic in automotive industry factories.- Critical qualification is having experience in Tier 1 suppliers or OEM suppliers to customers such as GM, FORD and STELLANTIS.- Experience with customer portals, EDI, (At least GM or FORD or Stellantis)- Experience as "customer service" (essential requirement)- Fluent English to speak and understand it (essential requirement)- Billing and tracking of purchase orders.- Planning of materials, production and shipments.- Knowledge of Basic Tools (IATF 16949, Core Tools)- It is essential to have a valid passport and VISA for the USAActivities:The main responsibilities are customer service, production planning, shipping, and ensuring shipments arrive on time with the customer.
