**WHAT TO EXPECT**

- Ensure production programs on time, correct and efficient programming, controlling the flow of materials and service index.
- Guarantee the satisfaction of the clients.
- Promote continuous improvement with a focus on prevention and under a work environment and respect, as well as promote the awareness of customers
- Materials usage accurate to assure customer compliance
- Maintain service levels with the client above 95%, controlling inventories ensuring timely deliveries in lines and volume
- Delivery the products on time, eliminating lost sales, zeroes and low inventory levels.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Planning:
- Responsible of how demand from MPS translate to accurate production programs
- Management of work orders, jobs and production controls
- Assure schedule production programs according customers' needs
- Managing the machine, molds constrains according demand requirements
- Monitor service level and inventory health performance
- Keep work in process inventory on optimal level
- Developing people resources and information tools for productivity optimization.
- Prepare production programs with their respective machine load, based on production standards and customer requirements.
- Distribute weekly shipments in delivery programs, covering the needs of the client; prioritize production, balance the load and follow up programs, taking care of material requirements in order to eradicate obsolete, etc. optimizing the inventory, using the corresponding inventory management tools.
**Materials management**:
- Convert and communicate demand requirements for products into detailed plans and schedule programs for inventory level optimization
- Calculate key inventory performance for materials and accessories

- 2-4 years of experience on the same position (minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 70% English
