Position scope/summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure key performance metrics are met. Responsibilities include understanding and managing the overall site capacity plans, build plans, site production schedules and the interaction between them. Additional responsibilities include, tracking material inventory, addressing obsolescence and reserves
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Ensures Oracle system integrity which includes accurate data entry, cycle counting, and recommendations to system enhancements
- Ensures necessary documentation and training material is in place
- Supervises the planning and coordination of materials. Monitors and reports on material inventories, issues, and shortages to be resolved in order to meet customer demand
- Effectively manage key performance metrics
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop automation and streamline internal/external processes
- Requires extensive knowledge of Integer production processes and products
- Engages in and/or leads Continuous Process Improvement activities as it relates to Production Planning and Production Scheduling
- Performs other duties as required.

Specialized Knowledge:
- Professional certification (APICS) preferred but not required
