Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of assigned components. Maintain, monitor Master Data; revise essential system planning data to ensure Oracle system is effectively planning future requirements. Work closely with Customer Service to meet Build Plan. Work together with Expeditors, Quality, Engineering and Production Leaders in order to identify problem areas and offer solutions. Expedite orders as necessary. Identify actual and potential delivery problems and take proactive steps to avoid past due internally & externally. Verify data accuracy (parts numbers, BOMs, Part Costs) in MRP; report problems to appropriate parties.
Conduct the day to day material planning activities for their assigned suppliers. Understand and apply MRP reports in ordering parts used in production to ensure appropriate delivery dates. Management of work order/job orders. Complete special projects and assignments as requested. Coordinate NCR's, RMA'S and RTV's, with customer and QA Interaction with Production to execute build plan. Management of Expeditors in order to ensure Build Plan execution. Assists to production meetings.

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor's Degree Management, Industrial Engineering 3 plus years proven experience in same area or similar, planning in a Manufacturing environment (Metal-Mechanical Industry is desirable) APICS & MRP Knowledge Experience using Oracle system, Microsoft proficient and advanced Excel. Proactive, excellent communication skills. Fully Bilingual.
