POSITION OBJECTIVE
To ensure that the supply of materials meets the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure and protect assembly line continuity. Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements, protecting and fulfilling the financial and ODC indicators. Maintains strong relationships internally and externally to ensure supply of materials meets requirements.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure parameters accuracy in SAP for all the materials assigned according to the Planning Strategy.
Ensure shipping compliance and monitor due dates according to our internal guidelines.
MD06 daily maintenance and set actions needed on exception codes.
Ensure timely, accurate and pertinent escalation of risk in the supply chain.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Maintain close and constant communication with key support areas.
Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery.
Supervise planning risks and ensure that contingency plans are in place.
Design, develop, and implement flexible solutions to aid business efficiency (Including financial budgets).
Support and understand production challenges, implement action plans to secure manufacturing ops.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Internally).
Monitor inventory of all the materials assigned and inventory record accuracy.
Address inaccuracies with the logistics team and get involved in the root cause analysis for incidents.
Take overall responsibility for Obsolescence and Overstock governance.
Accomplishment of chargeback process to suppliers according to internal guideline (Due to planning issues).
Work with cross functional teams to deliver effective solutions. (BRP benefit mindset)
Ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries are made on time. Based on the original MRP schedule.
Work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand is met in case of capacity constraints.
Work closely with the Purchasing team in a hand to hand effort to fulfill production requirements.
Accuracy and maintenance on a daily basis of Standard Work Activities.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
**Experience**:
Min. 5-years experience in similar positions.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
