Position Purpose / Summary:
Generate, verify and analyze the integrity of the master production schedule, ensuring the existence of material to comply with said schedule and, above all, maintain absolute control of the inventory in the system throughout the entire process.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare lists of critical materir production according to warehouse stocks.
Monitor compliance with the master production schedule through daily reports, serving ascal point of informatir the entire business unit.
Determine, together with the Production Manager and Supervisors, any deviatiom the production program, identifying the root cause and implementing the corresponding corrective actions.
Identify possible material shortages and expedite them through the purchasing department.
Elaboration of reports of short parts and monitoring.
Supervise the existence of material to comply with the production program and verify and supervise the correct, timely supply of materiom the warehouse to the productioor.
Maintain inventory control throughout the entire process, ensuring the integrity of transactions in the system.
Approve and provide explanation of adjustments to inventory balances, as well as monitor cycle count activity, or inventory verification.
Develop production schedules and production plannir the business unit.
Control inventory in engineering changes and deviations and carryout substitution or deviation transactions of parts.
They verified all the corresponding planning parameters in new products or new production lines.
Make the daily schedule repor each shift.
Supervise the correnctioning of the warehouses of parts under his charge. Download, receive and location of parts, suppoor, order and cleanliness, observance of safety rules and handling of materials.
Meet the requirements of the IATF16949 and ISO14001 systems that are applicable to them.
Comply with the provisions of the Snctions and Responsibilities MatrirmS283S, to comply with the ISO14001 system.
